Return Policy

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, You can return it as follows:

• Consultant Packages - if a consultant wishes to forfeit their distributorship they must do so within 10 days from the date of purchase with a written letter either by fax or email. Industrial Luv Inc. will refund their full investment less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges. Industrial Luv Inc. will release all monies owed to the consultant once all sample products have been received.



• Stocked Items - all stocked items purchased by the consultant from Industrial Luv Inc. can be returned within 30days for a full refund via purchase method. (ie. if the purchase was by credit card, then returned amount will be credited back to the original credit card).All return product claims MUST be authorized by Industrial Luv Inc.and supplied with an RA # before any returns are accepted. The supplied RA # must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Failure to obtain Industrial Luv Inc.authorization before returning product may result in refusal of the shipment at the sender's expense. ONLY manufacturer defects will be authorized for return. The merchandise returned must be free of all customers' markings and tags. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. Due to health and hygiene we cannot issue credit for returned items, which have been opened or used. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. If the cartons are received damaged, opened or have been re-taped, the customer must file a claim with the carrier responsible at the time of delivery.

Exchange

Post back the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to your account:

- Invoice number
- Name
- Address
- Your requirements

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 2 business days once the correct information and product are received.

How to make a Return or Exchange

Regular mail is generally fine to send a few items but for larger value orders we would recommend using a trackable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.

If you would like us to send a replacement item quickly, then let us know by email.

We will direct you to a secure order page where you can submit your order and credit card details. The exchange item will be billed and sent immediately and then your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.

Include a correct working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.

Customs Duty and Taxes

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any such charges. Please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order. This will avoid any surprises.
