Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling

We aim to dispatch your order by the second business day after it is received. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided to the customer via email once the order is shipped.


Packaging

All packages are sent using plain wrapping. Our postal return address name as “IDL” and is shipped from a PO Box. Contents are identified as “novelty items” for customs purposes.


Shipping Rates

All of shipping prices are live, real time quotes provided by Canada Post and FedEx.


International Shipping Rates

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any such charges. To avoid any surprises, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order.


Online Store Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation and therefore offer a 30 day limited warranty on all novelty products purchased through our online store. We will replace the toy with a working model only if the toy’s mechanics fail within the 30 day time period. All exchanges need to be accompanied by the original receipt. If a problem occurs after the allotted time, we will do all we can to get you in contact with the toy’s manufacturer.

Intimate Apparel purchased may be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date assuming:

  • - Tags are still attached
  • - The items are not soiled
  • - Purchase is accompanied with the original receipt.

Absolutely NO exchanges will be done without a receipt. If you need more help or information please click here to contact us.


How to Make an Exchange

Post back the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to your account:

- Date and time of purchase
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Copy of original receipt. (Please hold onto original for your records.)
- Why the exchange is being made. (What was defective about the item?)
- Any other pertinent information about the situation.

Exchanges will be made within a maximum of 3 business days once the correct information and product(s) are received.

Regular mail is generally fine to send small items but for orders valued over $100 we would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address. Industrial Luv is not responsible for packages that do not make it safely back to the store for an exchange.

Include a correct phone number and working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
