There are three ways to play I Hate, all starting with the same basic rules. Shuffle the cards and place them face down. Give each player one of the I Love/I Hate sticks. The first player rolls the die and selects the top card. The player then states the item corresponding to the rolled number.
As a party game, other players get points when guessing correctly if you love or hate something. As a drinking game, drink when you hate something. As a relationship game, two players earn a point each time they both love or hate the same thing.
For 2-12 players.
