To use, find a position that’s comfortable. For most people, that’s semi-reclined on their backs, with knees slightly bent. To ease insertion, use a water-based lubricant. Insert the Sexercise Kegel G into your vagina until comfortable and contract and relax your pelvic floor muscles. The device will provide a Kegel strength reading on the digital display, providing you with real-time biometric feedback.
The wearable remote control is easy to use with three buttons - On/Off, Vibration, and Sexercise, which allows you to access Training Mode and Measurement Mode, saving your last seven results to track your progress. The smooth silicone vibrator cleans easily with mild soap and warm water, and it's recommended to use an antibacterial toy cleaner before and after each use.
