Exchange Policy

 

DUE TO THE PERSONAL NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

 

ADULT TOYS

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation and therefore offer a 14-day limited warranty on all novelty products purchased through our store. We may replace the toy with a working model if the toy’s mechanics fail within 14 days. All exchanges need to be accompanied by the original receipt. 

Absolutely NO exchanges will be granted without a receipt. If you need more help or information, please click here to contact us.

If there is a warranty on the toy through the manufacturer, it may override our in-house warranty. Manufacturers including We-Vibe & LELO are included on this list.

All exchange requests will need to be verified before an exchange is granted. If the toy in question is rechargeable, we may need to charge the toy for us to verify where the defect is. This could mean the exchange would be granted later that same day (or the following day), depending on when the process starts. We thank you for your understanding.


TOY WARRANTY INFORMATION

You may contact the toy's manufacturer if a problem occurs after the allotted exchange window. Check out the Warranty Page for more information.


LINGERIE AND FOOTWEAR

All sales are final on lingerie and footwear.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clearance items are sold in "as is" condition. All sales are final on clearance merchandise.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Items ordered online, paid for, but not shipped or picked up yet may be canceled. All canceled orders are subject to a $10.00 CAD restocking fee.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

IN-STORE

You may also bring exchanges back to the store to be dealt with. We still need your receipt for proof of purchase and the item(s) in question.

THROUGH MAIL

Mail back the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to your account:

  • Date and time of purchase
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Copy of original receipt. (Please hold onto the original for your records.)
  • Why the exchange is being made. (What was defective about the item?)
  • Any other pertinent information about the situation.

 

Exchanges will be made within three (3) business days once the correct information and product(s) are received.

Regular mail is generally acceptable to send small items, but for orders valued over $100, we recommend using a traceable method such as a registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely at the return address. Industrial Luv Products is not responsible for packages that do not return safely to the store for an exchange.

Include a correct phone number and working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
