In-Store Pickup Information
- You can pick up your order in-store at no additional charge.
- Orders can be placed online through our web store or by phone at 306-522-4542.
(Please have the article number(s) of the item(s) you'd like to purchase ready.)
- We accept the following payment methods at the time of pickup: Gift Card, Debit, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, & American Express), or Cash.
Order Preparation and Notifications
- Pick-up orders may take up to one hour to prepare.
- Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or text message notification.
- Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.
Order Holding Policy
- Paid orders will be held for 7 days before they are canceled and refunded.
- Unpaid orders will be held for 3 days before they are canceled.
Cancelled Orders
- Items ordered online, paid for, but not yet shipped or picked up may be canceled.
- All canceled orders are subject to a $15.00 CAD restocking fee.
Additional Information
- The building doors are locked after 6:00 PM. If you arrive after this time, please call us at 306-522-4542 when you arrive, and we will come out to let you in.
Processing Times
- Orders are only prepared during our regular business hours.
- If you place an order outside of business hours, it will be processed the next time we are open.
