Five-Dollar or Ten-Dollar Flat Rate

There is a $5.00 flat rate shipping option for those within Regina city limits. Or $10.00 for Regina Outskirts.
The Outskirts are limited to White City, Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, & Grand Coulee ONLY. Other cities/municipalities/etc. will have to choose a Canada Post option for shipping. (See below.)
PACKAGING
Items are shipped in plain packaging, with only basic information for your driver to deliver your order correctly (name, address. and delivery instructions) on the package.
DELIVERY
Upon completing your purchase, expect a notification (via text/email) from us to schedule a delivery time slot. Two delivery windows are available: between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM., Tuesday through Saturday. Your order will be delivered within the chosen time frame. Please note that the delivery time within the window depends on the volume of orders received and their locations within the city.
DELIVERY CUT OFF
Delivery cut-offs are 15 minutes before the delivery window begins.
Orders after 5:45 PM will be delivered the following day.
If you select a time window before or during when your order is completed*, that order will be delivered during that same window the following day.
(*Completed = funds have been received for the order, and a staff member has processed it.)
IE - If an order is placed at 4:30 PM, the next available delivery time slot would be "6:00 PM - 8:00 PM"
IE - If an order is placed at 10:30 PM, the next available delivery time slot would be "2:00 PM - 4:00 PM" the following day.
PAYMENT
Delivery orders must be paid online through PayPal (they accept all major credit cards) or through e-Transfer (to [email protected]) before the items are shipped out.
COVID PROTOCOLS
Our default delivery styles will be as follows:
For Houses: we will default to leaving the package in the mailbox (or by the door if the box is too large for the mailbox) and ringing the doorbell.
Apartments/Condos: we will ring the buzzer for the suite number. Once buzzed in, we will leave the package inside by the mailboxes.
Hotels/Motels: we will leave the package at the front desk.
Businesses: we will leave the package at the front desk/reception.
NOTE: We will not be held accountable if the package goes missing/is stolen.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Items ordered online and paid for but not shipped or picked up may be canceled. All canceled orders are subject to a $15.00 CAD restocking fee.

PACKAGING
All packages are sent using plain wrapping. Our postal return address is “IL Products,” and they are shipped from a PO Box. Contents are identified as generically as possible for customs purposes. (I.E., lingerie would be listed as “clothing”)
SHIPPING RATES
All shipping prices are live, real-time quotes provided by Canada Post.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We aim to dispatch your order by no later than the second business day after it is received. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Some countries may impose duties or taxes on imported goods. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay any such charges. To avoid surprises, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before placing an order.
CANCELED ORDERS
