2.1 The Discount is available to customers who are members of the Adult Service Industry as determined by the Company.
2.1.1 Adult Service Industry is defined as any Adult Entertainer (exotic dancer, burlesque performer, etc.) or Adult Service Provider (sex worker, escort, “Cam Model”, adult movie star, etc.) currently working in this profession.
2.2 To be eligible for the Discount, customers must provide proof of industry affiliation, such as a valid industry association membership, employment verification, or other documentation as required by the Company.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to determine the eligibility criteria and to accept or reject any application for the Discount at its sole discretion.
3. Application Process
3.1 Eligible customers must apply for the Discount through the Company’s designated application process, our online form.
3.2 Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from receiving the Discount.
4. Discount Details
4.1 The Discount amount is twenty percent off all regularly priced merchandise.
4.2 The Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by the Company.
4.3 The Discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5. Validity and Use
5.1 The Discount is valid for one year and then must be re-verified.
5.2 The Discount may only be used for purchases directly from the Company’s designated channels, including physical store(s), online store(s), trade show(s), or Pleasure Toy Parties.

6. Changes and Termination

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Discount program.
7.2 The Company’s total liability under these Terms, if any, shall not exceed the amount of the Discount received by the customer.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
