Peen on the Scene – Official Contest Rules

     By participating in the Peen on the Scene promotional contest (“Contest”), you agree to the following rules and conditions.

 1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to Saskatchewan residents who have reached the age of majority.
• No purchase necessary to enter.
  
  

 2. How to Enter

• Contest clues will be posted on Industrial Luv’s official social media channels every Wednesday and Friday leading up to Christmas.
• Participants must submit their guess via direct message (DM) to the platform where the clue was posted.
• Public comments do not count and will not be considered valid entries.
• Each correct guess earns one (1) entry into the draw for that day’s prize.
  
  

 3. Entry Window

• Participants have 30 hours from the time the clue is posted to submit their guess.
• The entry window closes at 3:00 PM CST the following day.
• Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.
  
  

 4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Daily winners will be selected by random draw from all correct entries submitted during the entry window.
• Winners will be announced at approximately 5:00 PM CST on the day the draw is completed.
• Winners will be contacted directly via DM.
• Industrial Luv reserves the right to verify identity before awarding any prize.
  
  

 5. Grand Prize Draw

• A Grand Prize Draw will be held at the end of the Contest period.
• All correct guesses from the full contest period who have not already won a daily prize will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
• Winning a daily prize disqualifies participants from the Grand Prize Draw to ensure fairness.
  
  

 6. Prize Pickup & Forfeiture

• Winners must pick up their prize in-store at Industrial Luv during regular business hours.
• Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of winner notification.
• Unclaimed prizes after 14 days will be automatically forfeited and may be re-drawn, donated, or disposed of at Industrial Luv’s discretion.
  
  

 7. Use of First Name for Winner Announcements

• By entering the Contest, participants consent to Industrial Luv publicly sharing their first name and first initial of their last name (e.g., “Sarah M.”) in winner announcements.
• No additional personal information will be shared without explicit permission.
  
  

 8. Conduct

• Participants may not post guesses publicly or attempt to spoil the game for others.
• Industrial Luv reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules, act in bad faith, or interfere with the Contest.
  
  

 9. Privacy

• All entries and personal information shared via DM are used solely for administering the Contest.
• Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
  
  

 10. Changes or Cancellation

• Industrial Luv may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or events beyond reasonable control.
  
  

 11. Agreement to Rules

   By participating in the Peen on the Scene Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all rules listed above.
