The STP 1 penile prosthesis is a packer designed for standing urination. Made from medical-grade silicone, it features realistic detailing and creates a natural bulge. Its watertight tank and edges have been designed to prevent overflows. In addition, the adapted shape and realistic tilt make it comfortable to wear for everyday use. Wear in snug undergarments or STP underwear to keep the STP 1 held in place, or use with medical adhesive.
