There is a new $5.00 flat rate shipping option for those within Regina city limits. Or $10.00 for Regina Outskirts. The Outskirts are limited to White City, Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, & Grand Coulee ONLY. Other cites/municipalities/etc will have to choose a Canada Post option for shipping. (See below.)
Items will still arrive in plain packaging, with only your name and delivery instructions on the package.
We will send you a message (text/email) after your purchase has been completed to book a delivery time window. The delivery windows will be in two-hour increments, starting at 12:00PM and running till 8:00PM every day (except Sundays when delivery ends at 6:00PM). All orders will be brought to you within that time window.
Delivery cut offs are 15 min before the delivery window begins. Orders after 5:45PM (3:45PM Sunday) will be delivered the following day. If you select a time window before or during when your order was completed*, that order will be delivered during that same window the following day. (*Completed = funds have been received for the order, and a staff member has processed it.)
IE - If an order is placed at 2:30PM, the next available delivery time slot would be "4:00 PM - 6:00 PM"
IE - If an order is placed at 10:30PM, the next available delivery time slot would be "12:00 PM - 2:00 PM" the following day.
Delivery orders must be paid online thru Stripe (they accept all major credit cards) or thru e-Transfer (to sales[at]industrialuv.com) before the items are shipped out.
Due to social distancing, we will default to leaving the package in the mailbox and ringing the doorbell unless other arrangement have been made. We will not be held accountable if the package goes missing/is stolen.

Packaging
All packages are sent using plain wrapping. Our postal return address name as “IL Products” and are shipped from a PO Box. Contents are identified as generically as possible for customs purposes. (IE – lingerie would be listed as “clothing”)

All shipping prices are live, real time quotes provided by Canada Post.

Shipping and Handling
We aim to dispatch your order by no later than the second business day after it is received. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided to the customer via email once the order is shipped.

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any such charges. To avoid any surprises, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order.
