Good ring especially for the price, but it was really frustrating at first and maybe I can help someone. The beads were so tight that I could barely slide them and it was pretty much impossible to adjust once it was on. Break it in first. Put some lube on and slide the beads back and forth to get them moving. Now I can adjust it fine (no lube) and the beads are still tight enough that they don't move on their own. It just needed loosened up a bit out of the gate.
